JEN GADDA is the Director of Production at Court Theatre, the professional theatre in residence at the University of Chicago. Previously, she was the Director of Production at Marin Theatre Company in the San Francisco Bay Area, and the Production Manager at Next Theatre in Evanston, IL. She was also an Equity Stage Manager for 16 years, working with theatres including Idaho Shakespeare Festival, Studio Arena Theatre, American Conservatory Theatre, many Chicago storefront companies, and Blue Man Group. She has served on the Michael Merritt Awards Committee for the past 10 years, and holds a degree in Drama from Stanford University. She lives in Chicago with her partner, two kids, and two cats, and is passionate about running, crafting things by hand, and volunteering with newly-arrived refugees in her community.
