Reserved Seat
The following instructions will allow you to renew the SAME subscription you had previously for all four plays. If you wish to renew a 3 Play subscription, MAKE CHANGES to your series, or need any other assistance with your renewal, please call the Box Office at (773) 753-4472, and we will be happy to assist you.
- Click here to login to your customer account on our website.
- Under Existing Users, click “Log in to your account here”.
- Enter the email address where you receive Court Theatre announcements. You may use the “Forgot your password?” option to reset your password. A new temporary password will be emailed to you. If you are unable to access your account, please call the Box Office for assistance.
- Click “Add to Order” under “Court Theatre – 2024/2025 Subscription Renewal” to put your renewal in the Shopping Cart. (Note: clicking “Decline Offer” will release your subscription renewal seats, and you will no longer have the option of renewing your same series and seats online.) Once you click “Add to Order”, you can review your subscription details.
- Scroll down and click “Continue” if everything looks correct.

To include a gift with your renewal, enter it in the Pledge Amount box and click “Make Gift.” (Your gift will appear as another item in your cart.) Click “OK” in the next box when it asks you to update your cart. Scroll down and click “Continue”.
- Select your preferred delivery method. Mailed tickets will be delivered in August. Emailed tickets will be sent approximately two weeks before the start of each production.
- If you would like to make any change to your seats, you may use the “Add A Renewal Note” option to enter any seat changes you want. Please do not use this to request other changes, such as a switch to a different series or change in number of subscriptions. Please call the Box Office to discuss your options related to these types of changes.
- Please review and update your Billing information if necessary. You do not need to set separate Shipping information if Shipping address is the same as Billing address.
- Click “Continue”.
- Select how you’d like to pay. You may apply a gift certificate by clicking “Pay with Account Balance or Gift Certificate” or select one of the Credit Card options below. (If your gift certificate doesn’t cover the full cost of your renewal, you may pay the additional amount due with a credit card.)
- Click “Buy” to finalize your order and submit your renewal.
Flex Tickets
The following instructions will allow you to renew your FLEX Subscription.
If you wish to CHANGE to a Reserved Seat subscription or need any other assistance with your renewal, please call the Box Office at (773) 753-4472, and we will be happy to assist you.
- Click here to visit our Flex Ticket subscription page.
- Click “Buy” next to the Flex type you want to purchase.
• Value Flex ($39 each, $40 each after June 15)—valid for all Preview performances.
• Regular Flex ($55 each, $56 each after June 15) —valid for all Previews and Regular Run evenings.
• Premium Flex ($72 each, $74 each after June 15))—valid for all performances. - Select the number of Flex tickets you want next to the applicable price type and click “Continue.” (Minimum purchase 3. Students are limited to 4 per student ID, which must be presented to the box office.)
- Review and confirm your selection by clicking “Continue.” (If you need to edit your selection, click “Try Again.”)
- Review the details of your subscription in the Cart. Click “Continue” to proceed.
- If you would like to include a gift with your renewal, you may enter it in the Pledge Amount box and click “Make Gift.”(Your gift will appear as another item in your shopping cart.) Click “OK” in the next box when it asks you to update your cart. Scroll down and click “Continue” to proceed.
