University of Chicago Harper Lecture featuring Nicholas Rudall

September 7-30, 2017, Court Theatre is honored to remount our production of Iphigenia in Aulis on The Getty Villa stage. For our West coast friends or those planning a trip to the golden state, consider attending this special event in Los Angeles where Court’s Founding Artistic Director Nicholas Rudall will speak about the three Greek plays he translated for Court ’s Greek Cycle: Iphigenia in Aulis, Agamemnon, and Electra. He will also explore the broader subject of Greek theatre and how the subjects of ancient history are relevant today.
